Description:

Honeywell’s Value Engineering & Component Engineering (VECE) Center of Excellence (COE) in Bangalore is looking for a Senior Advanced Data Analyst to support initiatives that optimize operational processes and drive innovation. The role involves translating complex business requirements into technical data solutions that directly support VECE leadership decision-making and ideation.

You will be working with a combination of data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), programming (Python), ETL & SQL tools (Azure ecosystem), and low-code platforms such as Mendix, Appian, or Retool to build scalable and actionable solutions. Your insights will facilitate continuous improvements in engineering and manufacturing processes, contributing to Honeywell’s operational excellence and sustainable growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical reports and dashboards
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Develop data solutions using Power BI, Python, SQL, and low-code apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
• Support innovation projects through actionable insights and technical expertise

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Data Science, Analytics)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Programming skills in Python or equivalent OOP languages
• Familiarity with Azure data ecosystem and low-code application platforms
